TAFA BALOGUN: 15 YEARS AFTER

Since he completed his jail term of six months at Kuje Prison, Abuja on February 9, 2006, Mustafa Adebayo Balogun, the former Inspector General of Police from Osun State who pleaded guilty to the N2.1billion laundering charged by Nuhu Ribadu led EFCC  has been an elusive man.

Mother Nigeria has been bleeding.
